Vroom, VROOM!

Cars are fun. That is just a fact of life. Cars are even more fun when you have one of your own! Growing up and having more freedom is also fun. Especially growing up and having the freedom to drive.....and to drive your own car! For me, this happens to be the lovely 2009 lazer blue Volkswagen Jetta I just acquired (thank you daddy, and thank you Heavenly Father for giving me the Personal Progress program which enabled me to have this beautiful piece of machinery!) Test drive anyone?

Bon Voyage!

Whoo. It's amazing how much the Lord blesses us when we develop our talents. I've been blessed with the wonderful opportunity to tour Europe at the end of this month to sing with a group of other talented musicians from around New Mexico. I'm unbelievably excited. Although, it's not all fun and games. Preparing for the difficult pieces we're singing is harder than I expected. And I have TONS of shopping to do, a packing list to make, not to mention the 3 days of 8 hour rehearsals I have to endure before I leave on the 29th! Phew! Hopefully I won't forget anything! I've forgotten at least one thing on every trip I've gone on from underwear to pajamas, contact solution to toothbrushes, and even my pillow or clean socks! Let's pray I don't do that on this trip...

The Beginning
